Telephone and online support is only available to customers whom are, within the first year of purchasing their software, from ITD or ITD resellers. Telephone and online support can only be renewed on an annual basis, however, it can be paid monthly by direct debit or standing orders.
There is a call out charge for all onsite support when necessary.
